European colour scale. Slight tone values depend on the printing process. The TIC (Total Ink Coverage) may not exceed the total area coverage specified in the ISO profiles.

Important instructions

​

Please create advertisements in bleed format with 3 mm bleed allowance on all sides. Please place all advertising elements at risk of bleed (text, images, graphics) at least 5 mm away from the bleed. Any crop marks must be at a distance of at least 3 mm from the net format .  

​

Visible advertising elements in perfect-bound magazines should have a sufficiently large distance to the binding due to the clamping forces occurring in the binding. We recommend a minimum distance of 8 mm here.  

 

Advertisements running over the waistband/perfect binding - automatic waistband addition:
The print shop will allow for a waistband allowance for motifs that overlap the waistband. Please pull the texts that run across the binding 2 mm out of the binding on each side.

 

Data creation costs are not included in the ad price.

Spot colors and data in RGB mode cannot be processed. The customer assumes the guarantee for repro quality and correct data transmission.

 

Insofar as delivered advertisements are not printable or have to be replaced due to other circumstances for which the customer is responsible, the additional costs incurred will be calculated by us or directly by our service provider.
